There are essentially two key marketing investment channels.
- The first is the National Marketing – We collect 1% of all revenue as a National Marketing fund to apply to developing the brand platform, creating marketing assets for the Franchise Network, set up and running of promotions, advertising, marketing research and development, operating the website, operating a call center, target marketing tests, PR, Social media, and much much more.
- The second marketing channel is the Local Franchise Marketing activity - this is the activity that you as a franchisee will be investing in at a local level… But don’t worry if you haven’t any experience with marketing though! The great thing about joining Refresh is that you don’t need to be a marketing genius or reinvent the wheel, the guidance and partnerships that we provide to our franchisees are there for you to tap into.
When you join Refresh, you are joining a very large network, and you’re able to tap into the experiences and expertise of this network to help you fast track getting your Local Marketing started. This is a high level overview of the Advice and Guidance available to you as a franchisee

Whether you have no idea where to start! Or are overflowing with ideas, our agency partners can meet you where you are at to help you with your local marketing efforts. They will offer you support with high level planning as well as execution on a range of platforms, including Google Ads, Local SEO, Social Media Ads, Support with Home Shows and Seminars just to name a few.
And then there is the third layer, which is quite unique in franchising… We operate on a collaborative territory model - Refresh franchisees are working together to build the brand. They are not competing with each other. We operate in a market with no scale operators, therefore all aspects of marketing that we do have benefits of scale that no one else in our market can match.
When Franchisees jointly participate in marketing activities and spend more money collectively, they have the opportunity to drive down the cost per lead per franchise. This enables franchisees as a group to use impactful marketing channels that may have otherwise been inaccessible as an individual operator.
Through our monthly Online Marketing Forums, and Annual Conferences, we are all connected. We only succeed when our franchisees succeed, so a lot of time is invested into developing material, online tutorials and useful resources to set you up for success in your local marketing efforts. Many of our franchisees who have joined our group, have had no previous experience with Marketing, and Lead Generation. And that's OK, because we have a wealth of tools, online tutorials and marketing materials readily available to help get you up and running with your lead generation activities.
